Course Fee and Refunds

  • No Refunds: Course fees are non-refundable.

  • Exceptions: DB College may consider exceptional refund requests at its own discretion. Such requests must be submitted in writing.

 

Payment Terms

  • Payment Deadline: All course fees must be paid in full before the course starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late Payment: If payment is not made on time, your booking may be cancelled. Refund eligibility will follow the standard policy.

  • Taxes: All fees are shown without VAT.

  • Third-Party Payments: DB College may use third-party payment processors. By paying, you agree to their terms.

Liability and Insurance

  • Limited Liability: DB College is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your course.

  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for applying what you learn in your own workplace.

  • Insurance: You must have appropriate insurance if needed.

 

Intellectual Property

  • Course Materials: All materials from DB College (like presentations, documents, and online resources) remain the property of DB College.

  • Usage: You can use these materials internally but cannot reproduce, share, or distribute them outside your organization without permission.

  • Course Books: Books from awarding bodies are yours to keep for personal use.

 

Health and Safety

  • Compliance: All participants must follow health and safety rules from DB College and the venue.

  • PPE: If required, you must bring or wear your own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). DB College will inform you if this is needed.

  • Medical Conditions: Please inform DB College of any relevant medical issues. Reasonable accommodations will be made where possible.

Data Protection and Privacy

  • Compliance: DB College follows the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. By registering, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described.

 

Course Changes or Cancellations

  • Right to Change: DB College may change course content, reschedule, or cancel courses due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Refunds/Transfers: If this happens, you will be offered a full refund or a free transfer to another course.

 

Force Majeure

  • Uncontrollable Events: DB College is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control (like natural disasters). In these cases, we will try to reschedule or offer a credit/refund at our discretion.
