Do I need any qualifications to start?
There are no formal academic entry requirements. You should be aged 16 or over, already working in pipework installation or mechanical services, and able to produce evidence from ongoing construction or engineering projects.
How long does it take?
Typical completion is around 12 weeks. The pace is set by how quickly evidence is gathered from your projects, and a fast-track route is available at checkout (+£200) if you need to complete sooner.
Does this get me the Gold CSCS Card?
Successfully completing the Level 3 Diploma supports eligibility for the Gold CSCS Advanced Craft Card, subject to meeting current CSCS application requirements. Once your diploma is awarded, you pass the CITB Health, Safety & Environment test and apply to CSCS — we’ll point you through both steps.
