Do I have to attend a college or training centre?
No. The qualification is completed entirely through workplace assessment. Your assessor reviews evidence from your normal job — observations, professional discussions, project documentation, programmes and technical reports — so there are no classroom sessions and no written exams.
Do I need any qualifications to start?

Does this get me the Gold CSCS Card?
Completing this NVQ Level 3 Diploma supports your eligibility for the Gold CSCS Supervisor Card. Once your NVQ is awarded, you pass the CITB Health, Safety & Environment test and apply to CSCS — we’ll point you through both steps.
