Do I have to attend a college or training centre?
No. The qualification is completed through workplace assessment and portfolio evidence — observations, professional discussions and records from your own site. There are no classroom sessions and no traditional written exams.
Do I need any qualifications to start?

How long does it take?

Does this get me the Gold CSCS Supervisor Card?
The Level 4 NVQ in Construction Site Supervision supports progression to the Gold CSCS Supervisor Card. Once your NVQ is awarded, you pass the CITB Health, Safety & Environment test and apply to CSCS — we’ll point you through both steps.
How does the 50/50 payment work?
