Already doing the job? Your experience matters

The Level 6 Construction Site Management NVQ is aimed at demonstrating occupational competence. It is particularly relevant to experienced managers who are already carrying out the responsibilities covered by their chosen pathway.

What sort of work can support assessment?

Managing site safety, planning activities, monitoring progress, coordinating resources, managing teams and subcontractors, controlling quality and using project documentation can all contribute to evidence where they match the qualification standards.

Is Level 6 right for every experienced manager?

No. Senior managers, contracts managers and other technical roles may require a different qualification or level for their occupation. We recommend checking the CSCS occupation and qualification route before enrolment.

Start with an eligibility check

Tell DB College your current role, years of experience, projects you manage and current CSCS card. We can then discuss whether the Level 6 Construction Site Management NVQ matches your role.

DB College helps experienced construction managers gain recognised work-based qualifications while continuing in their current role.
